Question: I’m missing a piece of my puzzle, what should I do?
Answer: We’re sorry to hear that you have a missing piece in your puzzle. This is definitely not the experience we want our customers to have. Unfortunately, because each puzzle has a unique cut and orientation, we cannot send you the missing piece. However, we will be happy to replace the puzzle you purchased. Just send us an email with a picture of the puzzle with missing piece and the order ID and we will do our best to solve the problem.

Question: I received a different puzzle. This is not what I ordered.
Answer:  Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take customer feedback seriously and will constantly look to improve our products and services. Please send us an email with your order ID and a picture of the item you received so we can help you solve this problem.

Question:  I completed a collection. What should I do next?
Answer:  Congratulations on completing the collection! Please send us an email with the picture of the whole puzzle set together with your shipping details so we can send you the free collectors set.

Question: The Collection set from your website is different from the Russian website. |
Answer: We currently have different collections. Europe, USA and Russia but we will still send you the free puzzle once you have completed the entire collection. In the future, the collections and editions will all be the same.

Question: I purchased a puzzle from third parties; can I still qualify for the collector set?
Answer: Yes, you are still qualified to receive the collector set. Just send us a picture of the complete set with your complete shipping details.

Question: I want to frame my puzzle. Can I use normal puzzle glue to frame it?
Answer:
Although we haven’t tried gluing our puzzles, we suspect any glue would work.  We also recommend only gluing the back side of the puzzle in case you change your mind and need to remove them from the frame.

Question: I would like to purchase wholesale, how can I do that?
Answer: To be considered as our wholesale buyer, you will need to have a physical store. Send us the name of your store, your store address and website if available.

Question: Can I order if I’m outside the US?
Answer:
Thank you for your interest in our puzzles. For now, DaVICI is only available in the US, Europe and Russia.
